@JustEatUK I have had to cancel my order with yourselves for McDonalds because it was still in the first processing stage after 1hr 45 mins but I got an email confirming it was cancelled and not getting refunded!

@JustEatUK bless them they tried but someone outsource their customer service to india or somewhere and I couldn't understand the agent so am stuck, great business sense from a UK based company!

@JustEatUK so apparently there is no customer services, the number directs you to a website that can't help, my stamps are messed up, how do you run a business without a contact centre or chat online?
