DeSean Goode will be next. We also didn't get to see Amarion Dickerson for an extended run at USC, but he's another success story. Any talented forward/center looking to rebuild their stock or get ready for the next big jump should be at RMU, no questions asked!

Alvaro Folgueiras seemed like a really likeable dude while at Robert Morris. Huge moment for him. And in the age of transfer portal, huge recruitment tool for RMU. They can point to guys like him and say, "We can get you ready to perform at the next level."

NEWS: Robert Morris junior Nikos Chitikoudis plans to enter the transfer portal, he tells @LeagueRDY. The 6-foot-9 forward out of Greece played two seasons at North Carolina A&T before playing this season at Robert Morris. He averaged 11.3PPG, 7.7RPG and 1.8APG this season.

The other FR: Eddie Cooke III & Sam Obenjo I think very highly of both players. Hopefully these are easier NIL deals to reach. Both have the potential to be starters next season. Great fits for the program with their mindsets and athleticism. Both seem like good fits at the HL.

Is it better to give an established rotation player a pay bump or find the "next" Taz? I think the HL is a great level for him right now, and the continuity would be nice. I'd prefer to keep.

We're a few days into our offseason now and I can imagine we are going to get some transfer news that will begin to leak out. Gonna go through a 🧵 on my thoughts and predictions for RMU. (Opinions are my own - I don't have insider info, just trying to read the tea leaves)

I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff in college sports. I have NEVER seen a CBB conference quarterfinal game be on CNBC. The A10 quarterfinals is on the Consumer News & Business Channel. This is March.

@AbbySchnable @PantherRich Problem is that no one wants to play in these anymore anyway. Much more advantageous to get started on the offseason and the players want to start to test the markets. NIT will probably have to add NIL money to the prize

@PantherRich I think there’s a chance Duquesne makes the NIT. It’s probably 50-50. It helps that a lot of power conference teams decline those invites these days.

There are officially no more Pittsburgh area teams playing basketball. I do feel like Duquesne and RMU have a shot in some sort of postseason tournament 🤷‍♀️

“Why is the bubble so bad?” Bitch, maybe it’s because you’ve cast all mid major conferences to the shadow realm with the “NCAA Evaluation Tool” 😂😭

The Horizon League is moving its neutral-site conference tournament to Noblesville, Indiana, after recent stops in Indianapolis and Detroit struggled to draw fans. Will the new site spark better attendance? Time will tell.

We are excited to partner with @NoblesvilleIN, @HamiltonCoSport and @REVentertnmt to announce @AIMNoblesville as the future home of the #HLMBB and #HLWBB championships! horizonleague.org/news/2026/3/11… #OurHorizon 🌇| #MarchStartsHere 🏀| #MajorMoves

@achiappazzi_ Horrible. Conference commissioners are probably smart enough people who are great at a lot of things, but it's self-sabotage to play the best & most important games where no one is. Short term thinking for $ instead of capitalizing on the fan experience 👎

The Horizon League will be playing its basketball championships in an arena that seats 3400. That's smaller than every home arena in the Horizon except for IU Indy and PFW. Play. On. Campus.
Tony Paul | Detroit News@TonyPaul1984

The Horizon League men's and women's basketball championships are moving to Noblesville, Ind., about a half-hour north of Indianapolis, starting in 2027. They'll play in The Arena at Innovation Mile, home of the Indiana Pacers' G League affiliate.
