@Ockomet2 It's really not 'that' bad. Like a 5-6 out of 10, 7 tops. But to say it's a blight of cinema or the best of the animation medium is just ridiculous to me.

@rhys_boxall @Legobyteyoshi @FlyIngTurtle_YT Sooty as a series is in a bit of a weird state at the moment anyway.
Basically back to the era before the 2011 reboot. Where it's just theatre shows.
There was supposed to be a movie but it vanished a few years ago without officially being cancelled.

@Legobyteyoshi @FlyIngTurtle_YT Yeah ITV themselves never advertise Sooty nor does it ever appear on the ITVX Kids channel. Very odd given that it's the longest running children's TV show of all time which is a hell of a record. It's actually quite suprising how much of Sooty is not available legally.

UPDATE: The reason why they are ending CITV is because they have lost their rights for 4 of the Cartoon Network shows (Looney Tunes Cartoons, Teen Titans Go and 2 of the Scooby Doo series) that’s usually aired on this channel. The change will effect at 7:30am BST.

According to Virgin TV Go, The CITV block on ITV2 is officially ending on 10th April this year (programming will be moving to ITVX. This is means the end of CITV brand after 40 years. And no, this is not an April Fools prank.
