CM Schilling giving a (biased) history of labor wins by Burien city council he takes credit for. Spouting a lot of reactionary takes on minimum wage increasing the affordability crisis and trying to undermine the victory of the voter approved initiative by citing voter turnout.

I actually agree with CM Andrade that there are small businesses trying to act in good faith who do not have the guidance they need to apply the right minimum wage: WHICH IS WHY THE CITY NEEDS TO SWIFTLY ACT TO CLARIFY.
