Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to His great mercy, He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. 1 Peter 1:3

"Come, and see the victories of the cross. Christ’s wounds are thy healings, His agonies thy repose, His conflicts thy conquests, His groans thy songs, His pains thine ease, His shame thy glory, His death thy life, His sufferings thy salvation." ~Matthew Henry "But He was pierced for our offenses, He was crushed for our wrongdoings; the punishment for our well-being was laid upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed."

Hymns of Grace
Hymns of Grace@HymnsofGrace·
“Praise to the Lord, the Almighty” was written by Joachim Neander in the 1600s and has been sung by the church for centuries as a call to praise God for who He is and how He cares for His people. These lyrics direct our attention to the Lord as Creator, Sustainer, and faithful Shepherd. He reigns over all things, provides what we need, and surrounds His people with mercy and care, giving us confidence in who He is. Scripture reminds us that “No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly” (Psalm 84:11). Because He is good and sovereign, we can trust Him in every circumstance. This hymn calls us to respond rightly, with a life of praise. “Let all that is in me adore Him.” Every part of our lives belongs to the Lord, and He is worthy of our worship. Watch the full video of “Praise to the Lord, the Almighty” from Shepherds Conference 2026 on YouTube (link in bio), and let us know in the comments how this hymn has encouraged you. #HymnsOfGrace #ChristianHymns #ChristianWorship #PraiseTheLord #ChurchMusic
