90% of GTM leaders believe Agentic AI will be critical to hitting revenue goals within the next two years. Yet most organizations are still operating with systems built for a very different era. The traditional GTM stack was designed to record activity and generate reports. It was never built to interpret signals across the funnel and coordinate execution in real time. That’s the shift Agentic AI is introducing. Instead of dashboards that explain what happened, GTM teams are beginning to adopt systems that can reason across signals, prioritize actions, and continuously optimize execution across marketing, sales, and customer teams. In other words, AI is moving from an analytics layer to an operating system for GTM execution. But adoption is uneven. Many organizations are experimenting with AI faster than they are upgrading the data foundations, governance models, and integrations required to scale it responsibly.
