Many hair growth supplements pass right through your system unabsorbed. Your body absorbs nutrients from real food 10x better than from a pill. Here are my Top 5 vitamins and minerals for hair density, where to find them, and the when you should supplement. Enjoy the read 👇

@Chanumesha Microneedling creates thousands of open dermal wounds. Massaging raw egg and coconut oil into them is probably not the best idea, it could entourage severe bacterial folliculitis, certainly not growth.

Everything you learned about how hair grows might be WRONG. A brand-new study in Nature Communications just flipped decades of textbook biology on its head. Your hair isn't pushed out. It's PULLED. Here's the science. Enjoy the read 👇

Divine Manhood | Self Improvement
Everyone thinks grey hair is the result of genetics and aging. It's not. It's your body cannibalizing itself to survive stress. Here's the real culprit (and how to reverse it): 🧵

@BOBBYKRUEGER2 @GenuisHealth There’s no clinical evidence it can block DHT, therefore it’s unlikely to help with genetic pattern baldness. It will likely hydrate and nourish hair, making it healthier and potentially thicker-looking over time though.

@stats_feed If you’re concerned about hairloss deficiencies get blood work done. Less than 1% of people have a Biotin deficiency, the chances are you’re just going to pee I put a supplement. Iron can have health effects if you have too much. Be safe, be sure.

@GenuisHealth Finally, a biologically accurate cartoon! Canities (graying) occurs when melanocyte stem cells undergo apoptosis. Plucking them doesn't bring the color back, it induces permanent follicular scarring. Gray hair isn't damaged, it's just unpigmented. Accept your DNA.

@Xbiohack Misrepresenting a tiny 2002 study on alopecia areata (an autoimmune disease) as a cure for genetic pattern baldness is biological grift. Marinating your scalp in pungent sulfur won't inhibit DHT or resurrect dead follicles. Stop listening to AI, follow me for science over slop.

Oh wow, this one is still doing the rounds. I’ll say it again, mixing four heavy oils is not a shampoo, it's a recipe for severe follicle buildup and seborrheic dermatitis. Oils lack surfactants. They don't wash away dirt, they trap it. Wash your scalp with a real scientifically backed protocol. This AI nonsense is relentless. Follow me if you prefer science over slop!

@annushreex This is reassuring, medical students confusing nutritional shedding with genetic baldness. Biotin, vitamin D, and iron will not competitively inhibit 5-alpha-reductase. Pumpkin seed oil is a weak botanical, not a clinical DHT blocker. You can’t vitamin your way out of your DNA 😂

@TestDoctor_ Studies see this rivalling the effect of 2% topical minoxidil, which is essentially a weak topical. Fine to use as an adjunct but don’t expect hair growth miracles if used in isolation. For pattern baldness you ideally want to have something targeting DHT in your protocol.

@XLifepad Applying black sesame paste is just a temporary seed dye. Gray hair occurs when your melanocyte stem cells die. Once those pigment factories are dead, no curry leaf or amla paste will ever bring them back to life. Follow me for more science backed ‘hacks’.

@_Healthyorg You cannot reverse genetic male pattern baldness with this witchcraft. 'Thinning hair' is androgenetic alopecia. Rosemary and onion juice will not competitively inhibit the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme or stop DHT from miniaturizing your follicles. Please make these videos go away…

@GraceGym_ Rubbing raw ginger on your scalp makes zero scientific sense. Clinical studies show 6-gingerol (the active compound) actually suppresses hair shaft elongation and forces follicles into the telogen (resting) phase. You aren't stimulating growth, you're inducing shedding.

@Bro_Code_x "Hair falling out means something is missing inside", this is generally not the case. While deficiencies cause diffuse shedding, localised balding is caused by what's added- specifically, DHT binding to receptors and suffocating the follicle. No avocado mask can block that.

@FitnessDr_ "It will grow too much" is pure biological fiction. Marinating your scalp in onion, garlic, and olive oil won't resurrect dead follicles or reverse genetic DHT miniaturisation. You’re making a salad dressing, not a clinical hair growth protocol. Follow me for science over salad.
