What should have taken nine weeks has now taken 10 MONTHS shocking is an understatement

Call customer service and ask to escalate the matter and am told the manager DOESN’T accept the escalation!!!!

Ordered in May 2022 delivered in Oct. Bed comes with 2 left sides so call BFB they order a replacement in Dec another left hand side gets delivered, call again they order the right hand side it gets delivered yesterday broken… this has to be a joke @BensonsForBeds @Bensons_Care
