$SPX Compression regime, huge wall @ 6600. Expecting it to hold, but if it does snap watch for $VIX implied high. Downside's first target off a rejection would be 6550, then into floor @ 6500 or potentially into VIL if we get nasty.

$SPX our intraday call vs put speculation tools continue to indicate a range bound choppy price action day.
The centroids (mass of speculation of market participants) are in opposing direction. The thesis we covered this morning in premarket prep is playing out well with a "locked horns" condition and difficult price movement in either direction so far today.
The 6750 strike we covered this morning as the large hurdle to overcome has lived up to it's name so far.
A test of the 6700 level is still not out of the question into the afternoon with put speculation lined up along that strike.

$SPX structure: 🔴Put dominated to start the day indicates accentuated price movement in both directions. 📣GEX/DEX transition is starting to narrow after multiple days of very wide areas. This allows a more precise "if then" trading plan. Implied open at the time of writing this post is within the transition area. This is a neutral stance to start the day. If we move above the transition level the structure is more favorable for price appreciation towards 6750. If we are below the transiton level more weakness is possible for a move towards 6680. 🟠The DS (drunken sailor/orange box) range is from Ngex on the bottom to Pgex on the top. This range can be extremely choppy and driven by intraday call vs put speculation as we head into FOMC and other economic events on Wednesday.

$SPX today we had a ceiling set at 6700 and multiple times we held it but couldn’t get continuation. Multiple “confirmations” we were not ready to get distribution. With our close today it gives us the possible expansion into 6800 or drop back into 6600 range. Favoring bearish.

$SPX definitely expanded hedging into 6500; if we lose 6600 I think you can bank on it visiting $VIX implied low. Otherwise play the range, avoid 0dte our entire range today is in the full complex weakness zone.

$SPX premarket looks like we're going to be opening near our 0dte floor. Our $VIX implied range from yesterday's close really narrowed the range. Expect high vol today as VIL is exposed. Wouldn't be surprised to see us rip up and test 6900 in the AM session. Chasing downside you can look for 6800 or 6775 on breaks of 0dte floor & especially VIL.
