Doctors are getting messages from NHS management to ‘limit the blood tests you do’ due to a blood bottle shortage. We never do blood test unnecessarily. I believe there are no shortages in Europe so looking into reasons for this worrying development

@doctor_oxford @margaret_ruane It's also giving big lucrative contracts to its crony mates, big corporations including US private health companies like United Health/Optum, Centene/Operose, Cerne, PWC Deloitte, Serco etc etc to badly restructure NHS & denationalise it,while those frontline services are starved

£113 billion of NHS money was given to non-NHS providers from 2010-2020. This was before the pandemic even struck. The Tories are deliberately creating an NHS Crisis to justify wholesale privatisation of our NHS.

This amounts to just 0.5% after inflation. It's insulting and yet the Health Secretary – who was paid £300,000+ by big business last year in addition to his MP salary – is trying to portray it as generous. NHS workers have faced a decade of falling pay. They deserve a 15% rise.
