St. Paul Public Library has 7 part-time cultural liaisons and is looking to expand program. Hindi Abdi volunteered as tutor while at St. Kate’s. For families “it just shifted the environment. We’re able to be on the front lines, introduce ourselves and help them right away.”

HUGE shout out during #TeacherAppreciationWeek2019 to all of the teachers in @SPPS_News who are helping students find a book that sparks their interests, a book that helps them become a writer, a book that helps them see themselves in heroes (literary, super, sports). THANK YOU!
