I worry that two-factor phone authentication, auto log-off from EMR after couple min, & esp extra log in step to view scans (after already in pt record)…do LESS to protect pt HIPPA & could hurt pt care by making it so difficult (& sometimes impossible) to look up clinical info.

@NiuSanford The technology to reduce number of clicks securely exists already. If I log into Google Chrome, then I don't have to log into Gmail or Google Drive or YouTube anymore until I log off. The problem with our software is integration (3/3)
