@AmericanAir never ceases to disappoint. Canceled my family’s flight scheduled for this morning due to “extreme” weather, even though there was no sign of rain on the forecast, solid start 👍🏽

@AmericanAir You prematurely cancelled a flight due to weather when it’s sunny, rescheduled my family with a small child on an shitty red eye the next day, and are making us pay for middle seats that aren’t together even though we already paid for good seats on the cancelled flight.

Thanks again @AmericanAir, I don’t overstate how thoroughly disappointed I am.
