Yeah, because some people just want plenty followers, not real engagement. You see, the same way I always engage with you, I do the same for others and most of them reciprocate. From there, the visibility builds. It’s not easy for small accounts though lol, but if you keep engaging with active mutuals, you’ll gain followers from there and real ones too
