I think the second one is what you’re looking for?

@ScotsPolFed Any updates on the pay negotiations? Been over a month now with no news. A monthly update is hardly too much to ask?
English

@ScotsPolFed Great claim and you’ve released it at the earliest possible opportunity…nicely done!!

@KTHopkins I love Garron’s content and feel conflicted about his post. But you can fuck right off.
The last thing he needs is a confirmed racist cow, coming to his defence, in what is clearly a really weak attempt at being relevant again.
English

My dear Garron
Going to ground is a smart. Stay there, breathe all the way in. And all the way out. Keep doing that
Maybe have a Lion Bar. Or custard donut
When you are good & ready, you get back up, you face forwards & you continue
Don’t apologise. Don’t look back. The crowds are ahead of you. Cheering you on
You ARE delicious. ❤️ Katie

@delezenu @InspGadgetBlogs She is terrified but she is single crewed without a baton and spray. He is much larger and behaving in a threatening manner. She continues to follow him and provide updates.
That takes courage. A lot more than most have.
English

She does a great job here, single crewed PCSO, no pava or baton, supported by security & MOPs, all good to see. Remember, in this weak country, law enforcement are 'lambs to the slaughter'. He could have had a machete. #BackTheBlue #BlueLivesMatter #MentalHealth

I wonder why no one from the Scottish Government, the Scottish Police Authority, or the Police Service itself made any public announcement on this 😳
What?
Read it here @heraldscotland heraldscotland.com/politics/viewp…

@DaIeEvans I forgot about OT etc, should help round things out nicely!
English

@DaIeEvans This isn’t a complaint about the Fed, but sounds like it won’t be sorted until February’s payslip at the earliest.
Backdated pay will be £1800 - £2000 for cops with a bit of service behind them.
Before we got done in on tax that is.

@ScotsTrafficCop @baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 I think goodwill and staying on was fine and well 10/15/20 years ago.
But back then cops would play card games on shift, get flyers, they had smaller workloads and were better cared for and better paid.
We get none of that now, but we’re still expected to have goodwill.
English

@ScotsTrafficCop @baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 I completely agree with you about cops being sent out straight away and about the time it takes for cops to get caught up , but I still think paperwork still needs passed on.
English

@ScotsTrafficCop @baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 So they are getting to the end of their shift with a custody half done and they are then expected to stay on and finish it.
It shouldn’t be like that.
Cops shouldn’t be punished for poor planning or PS failing to recruit/retain enough people.
English

@ScotsTrafficCop @baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 I’m not saying no folk can’t stay on if they want, but it’s more and more becoming the norm that you are expected to stay on for paperwork.
You can pick up a custody, and should then be marked off area to deal, but cops are still being made to attend calls.
English

@baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 We get treated like crap, by the bosses, the courts, the media, and we rarely deal with actual crime. It’s service users, mental health or the same mispers time and time again.
English

@baronredpig @KiloPapaD11 Equipment keeps getting cheaper and worse, stations and vehicles are falling apart.
I know very few experienced cops of who have goodwill. Probationers have it, but they lose it pretty quickly.
English

@KiloPapaD11 I still left on time, but when a supposed leader fails to do his job, then tries to pass the blame onto you, it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Makes you wonder why you put up with it.
English

@KiloPapaD11 That’s exactly what I did, got the whole
Who is finishing the report
What have you organised
Why is it not done
This isn’t good enough
The situation was caused by poor decision making by a gaffer, thus it’s down to a gaffer to ensure there was sufficient resources to deal.
