Here is a simple "Hello World" web server completely in assembly. Note that values 10, 13 in the reponse data are newline and linefeed characters. That was a lot fun. I have started writing a lot more assembly for various jnet* modules and PCAP related reasons. Including PCAP/BPF filter compilers. I'm kneed deep in assembly and C code.

Time for some DPDK testing of the jnetwork-dpdk module. 10G connection between the Intel X520 to a Napatech NT40A11 SmartNIC. jNetworks SDK is going live in just a few weeks! With support for PCAP, DPDK and NTAPI.

In 2014 I bought a Supermicro server and loaded all 24 bays with 1TB disks. Fast forward 10 years later, it’s incredible someone can throw 24TB into any standard computer in under 5 minutes. That server worked for 14 years with a 3TB upgrade mid cycle. I miss you 846. RIP.
