Essentially, this is the main principle that will allow you to build a product that people need. Alternatively, if during the interviews you find out that people don't need the product, it will save you time and money as you won't end up creating a product that is not needed.

It's crucial to constantly converse with them, which means conducting interviews with them, a process known as CusDev, to learn about their pains and problems, to find out why they use the product or why they don't.

My conclusions after launching: the first thing that needs to be done consistently, regularly, and without any laziness, is to communicate with your audience, with your target users, with those who are involved in the product or those who potentially could use. #buildinginpublic

What's the point of this story? It's to highlight the importance of immediately jotting down your thoughts, as they can easily slip away and never make it onto paper. #buildinpublic

But then, there was a glitch in Flipner and the recording didn't save. I wasn't upset and decided to re-record it half an hour after I got back from the store. But half an hour later, I was busy and the idea slipped away.

The day before yesterday, an interesting idea for a Twitter and LinkedIn post popped into my head. I decided to record it as a voice note on @flipnerai while I was walking to the store. The recording was about 2-3 minutes long and I thought I expressed my thoughts really well.
