Indie devs, focus on GAMEPLAY and uniform/player customization. That's all you need for a first attempt at a football game.

There's no chance in hell that these indie devs could implement half of the stuff y'all are asking, let alone Madden devs.

I understand the struggle madden devs have with the sim community. Everyone picks on madden for gameplay but requests the world from indies
