It's been a semi weird day. I had a bad start, got better, then went downhill and then back up again. It's been a funky weird time and I honestly am ending it on a high note with watching some yakuza powered by nihon. I'll see all of y'all tomorrow.

Yakuza 3 is still fun as all heck. Honestly it's a good pick for a weekend title since I dont need to remember massive amounts of details of what to do and what happened. It's just perfect the way it is. Hope you are all doing well too!

Good morning everyone. I slept somewhat nicely again. Pretty much just as soon as I got in to bed and closed my eyes BAWM instant asleep. But I dont feel like I slept at all, blergh. Anyways, we yakuza today so it's bound to be semi nice and easy as we get to relax.

@hakosbaelz I personally slap my thigh and just take a deep breath. It helps me quickly calm down when I notice it. Otherwise I just take a bit to stare at the ceiling and breathe gently.

how do you calm your anger?

I've been awake for too long haha. It's time for me to go to dreamland and hopefully rest well. My headache is gone, so that's nice. Spent time with a bud who I havent seen in ages, got a nice relaxing day despite movie night failing. We continue yakuza when I wake up~

@simulatedapples That's fair, I would honestly just doodle something random. Even if you feel no motivation there's no way to push you to draw or make you draw. But you can always just doodle randomly and scribble.

Today has been weird. Alot of friends have been feeling down and it's been quite quiet. Even on stream, I felt pretty dang lonely till the end (But thats par the normal.) when friends popped in and I got REALLY happy! But even so, it's been weird.

@MightyMog80 Yakuza like a dragon did it in a good way. Shin megami tensei V Vengeance did it right too. They both had their weaknesses tho with Yakuza being a slog at points. Those are the two ''modern'' ones I can think of that I enjoyed ALOT.

Turn-based combat isn’t outdated. JRPGs have been proving that for decades. When it’s done right, every choice matters.
Every party member matters.
Every boss feels earned. That style never stopped being good. Some games just stopped doing it well.

@soupkis PHantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis is your dream place then. Best customization in the entire gaming market so far and you can get EVERYTHING FOR FREE by just playing (Go on the Japanese servers to get them all)

i wish there were more purely character customization games.. i dont want to play i just want to make beautiful characters and go to bed

@chyadosensei I like world hopping alot, but it's getting harder and harder to find stuff I'm personally interested in. Venture into the unknown was fun for the most part except for a SINGLE world which took the winds out of my sails haha. But it's still fun!

I'm seeing 10x more posts from Japanese VRChat users about Venture Into The Unknown compared to my western counterparts. It really shows how much the Japanese love using Twitter, talking about VRChat and the things they discover. They seem more willing to world hop and explore.

@BriAtCookiebox That would be Delta Snake eater. You can start with that or Phantom pain as Peace Walker is a bit harder to get your hands on and if you just want the most goofiest stuff then ya go with those two.

so if i hypothetically wanted to get into metal gear after having only ever played metal gear rising what do i start with i specifically want to get into it for the Stupid Shit (i saw a clip of a guy spinning a gun to get rid of bees?? that sold me on it) so idk if that helps guide the answer LOL

Morning everyone. I managed to sleep pretty nicely this time, no waking up randomly and my dreams were pretty nice. I saw familiar faces I havent seen in years, most did not remember me which is fine. But the dream was sweet. Anyways today we continue our Souls session :D

Played some Katamari today as a secondary stream in the evening and honestly, it was a big success in my books. I frekaing loved every single second of it. I'll try a few more weeks on how that goes and if I wana keep at it :D
