Let it be known: I’m not planning to work into my 70s. Estate planning is a constant reminder of how short life can be. Who knows if I’ll even make it to 70? So with no disrespect to those who keep at it, I’ll happily focus on other meaningful things, minus the work grind.

This particular business generated over $1 million of income and cash flow yearly, but they chose to pay down debt rather than take distributions and bank didn’t care.

@DailyTaxMemes I was in mortgage lending. No one customer-facing could read a tax return. Your front line loan officer is a glorified salesman. Comfort letters are for either weak loans or weak underwriters. Neither of those are my problem.
