@Sniffyleaf I think that's pretty normal. Definitely something I recognize in myself to some degree. The best remedy I think is sleep, sunlight and also limiting screen time. You've also been quite active on social media all of a sudden after a long period of absense. That must be tough.

This is how I feel today. Just… zonked out, like I’m drugged or something. I wanted to do some chores today & work out but I can barely function. I’m just like so spaced out, I can’t concentrate at all. So I’m just staying in bed today. I don’t feel sick… maybe I’m exhausted? What if I’m relapsing into depression and never leave the bed again, is that a thing? I’ll probably regret posting this but I promised I’d be honest with you guys about how I feel, and today is the first time in a while where I just feel hollow. Has anyone else felt like this before?
