Mentally resilient players that have the mental and physical stamina to do what they are taught to do with a high degree of consistency always have my total respect, regardless of their talent level. The #49ers play that way defensively with guys that clearly aren’t as talented as the front line players that are injured. That always gives you a chance to win. 🫡

Some ppl love to turn their noses up at Shanahan and Purdy when they fall short, or when other teams win a game, like they haven’t had years of success and been on SB runs before. Our guys are special. Get a clue.

Re: Purdy's turf toe recovery. Non-surgical turf toe injuries are some of the most difficult to manage. You want an athlete to not have to have surgery that leaves them out for a long time but sometimes the waiting game for the toe to feel "good" can extend that long anyway.

If Mike McCarthy is let go in Dallas, I would look into John Fassel as the next ST’s coordinator for the 49ers. Brian Anger, Brandon Aubrey and Kavontae Turpin have been Pro Bowlers under him and Turpin has been an NFLPA All Pro kick returner with him. Players rave about him.

The #49ers offensive line needs has to be priority No. 1 this offseason. They're either beaten or wrong on what feels like the majority of plays. An offense can't be consistent, nor can Brock Purdy, behind that kind of inconsistency.

Like much of the 49ers season, their loss to the Rams wasn't on 1 player. They used to be a bully, they haven't been this season. Everything starts up front and both lines have to be a priority, this off-season. They've acquired playmakers, time to build a bully on both sides.

We have Fred Warner playing with a broken ankle. Greenlaw is coming off a torn Achilles. And Campbell is unwilling to play. This season has been insane.
