Taxpayers are not paying for anything. They are not make an investment. There is no gaming the system. Tucker is an idiot. If states want to attract business, create jobs and ensure long-term additional taxes, they give tax incentives. The state does not have to do it. Tucker is definitely getting preferential tax treatment on its business. This guy is becoming a socialist.
