I just got out of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. And I can safely say... ...that it was a great movie! I'm really impressed with it, and there were a lot of things that surprised me! I'll save those things for when I make my review, but the movie was solid!

@TSMUFan Yeah Gimp's Noise Reduction is pretty rough, especially on printed material since it's meant more for Digital Noise & Film Grain, I'd recommend uploading the raws as well if possible.

Hello, I have a special surprise for you...HD SCANS FROM THE ORIGINAL 1945 "THREE RAILWAY ENGINES"! I got it on eBay, but three pages were missing, so I acquired a 1947 version that was complete but in poor condition. Scans are up now! #thomasthetankengine drive.google.com/drive/folders/…

@N0telu I added those in myself, actually. I removed the noise to the best of my ability using GIMPs built-in "Noise Reduction" plugin, changed the levels using GIMPs "Auto White Balance", and then added a slight sharpness filter so that the image doesn't look blurry.

@TSMUFan Would it be possible to do the scans at higher resolution? seems like whatever scanner you used smeared the images with crappy filters.

And just to clarify, NO AI WAS USED IN THE UPSCALING OF THESE IMAGES. These were upscaled using my regular image editing software GIMP, which doesn't come installed with AI features unless they are added in. I haven't. I used standard GIMP plugins that utilize no AI whatsoever.
