If the platform is "too big to enforce" rules on... Then YouTube needs to just give up on enforcing content policy and only flag explicitly illegal content. Only copyright, only federal and local law, only civil law like defamation. If it is not enforceable by law, then it's not a rule. The previous post featuring the mint-green colored blazer was the default outfit, but I also have a pallet-swapped outfit design. It started as a nearly identical uniform but just with a change in color. After a few adjustments, I was able to turn it into something distinct. It started as just changing to a light purple blazer, with the black portions of the uniform changed to a navy blue color. The main change that I think makes it feel different is the bow ribbon holding up her ponytail. It gives the outfit a cute edge. Other notable changes include the bowtie changed to a necktie, a slightly shorter skirt, and Mary Jane style shoes instead of the flats from before. The tweaks are subtle, but I think it changes the feel of the outfit slightly. The dynamic pose on the right side was made to emphasize her combat ability. Haruka is actually very protective of her close friends, one of them being Arika Sakamoto. If she feels they are threatened or in danger, she will often not hesitate to spring into action and deal with the threat quickly and decisively, even at the risk of suspension. Though she is very skilled physically, she does not have very good social skills. She talks so little that she often doesn't realize when she offends others. That said, it's rarely her intention to offend anyone. She often relies on her close friends to diffuse a situation verbally, but the moment the conflict becomes physical, it's usually over immediately.

@Reopanottokage In my opinion, it actually is like they're saying that the race change is better. Otherwise why make it "worse" on purpose if it doesn't make it look "better"? Seems logical to me.

This time, please have a look at "Haruka Shiho" (志保 遥), the fifth main character in a work-in-progress series. She is a 21-year-old Japanese University student. Haruka is the quiet one of the main five characters. Stoic, elegant, and respectful. She rarely talks to others except her closest friends. You might notice she hides quite the muscular physique. Haruka is very fit. She is accomplished in martial arts from her high school years, but she also maintains a very rigorous strength training regiment at the local gym, for no less than 5 hours per day every other weekend. This has resulted in a lean muscular build overall. Ironically, much like Moka Tomoka, she also has a genetic quirk that directs most excess body fat to the bust region, rather than accumulating evenly around the body, resulting in a nearly opposite physique than Moka. Because of this combination, Haruka has exceptional upper body strength. She could easily lift any of the other main characters with little visible strain, and could very swiftly and decisively end most physical conflicts with minimal effort. Despite her strength however, most of her peers are completely unaware of her physical capabilities because she prefers to dress modestly, opting for formal attire and showing little to no skin. Her cross necklace was a gift from a friend. She is not religious herself, but she believes it to be significant and symbolic to the friend who gave it to her.
