The underside of sloped objects is weird.
Funfact: If this Spring was just 10px or so lower it could crush Sonic just from him walking under it.
Anyone ever noticed this just from playing normally?

In Sonic 2, Metropolis Zone's Shellcracker is notoriously hard to attack without taking damage.
Well, that's because it uses the claw's non-attackable Hitbox (red) for every segment in the entire arm!
They also cover half of it's attackable hitbox (pink) #SonicTheHedgehog

I can’t articulate enough how cool the animations in Ghost Trick are because at the time, that shit was cool.
I felt the same with Pokémon Black and White. That game had amazing sprite design and animation.

The DS is such an interesting console cuz it’s like, PSX level visuals but AFTER we “figured out” 3D game design. So it’s more modern techniques backported to that fidelity. It’s so cool.
