Show me one case where a White kid was the only aggressor, was provoking an altercation while grasping a hidden weapon, then murdered the person he was provoking and sentence to less time than Karmelo, show me one and I will cash ap you $500.

The sentence is what bothers me. All three killed and only one got three decades and a murder 1 conviction.

Everyone in the courtroom saw the footage and they all said it confirmed the testimony of 21+ witnesses including 6 Black individuals who all testified that Karmelo was the only aggressor, was never threatened or ganged up on, was never in danger and was trying to provoke an altercation. The inability of you people to accept facts is staggering. The truth is that you don't believe Karmelo is innocent, you believe a Black person should get a free pass to murder a White person.

If Karmelo Anthony was truly the aggressor, why has the video not been released to the public? A clear video could answer many questions, address public skepticism, and either confirm or challenge competing narratives. In a case that has generated intense public debate, transparency would go a long way toward restoring confidence and allowing people to evaluate the facts for themselves.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Statement made after the trial would have no relevance to an appeal. For an appeal to be successful the defense would have to prove that there were errors made in the trial that would've been consequential enough to effect the verdict. I have bad news for you, there weren't any. The only defense could claim is a Batson violation but that will be rejected as well because the potential Black jurors were dismissed for legal reasons like the fact that they were educators and the fact that at least one stated they would have a hard time locking up another Black kid even if they thought he was guilty. The conviction will be upheld.
