Lucas wanting out is a reflection of how mismanaged he was by Thomas Frank. Player of the season the year before and then barely played last season. We should be selling Bentancur and Gallagher way before Lucas. Shame to see but can’t blame him.

Plus the Lewis kids made it seem like they want to spend this summer. That remains to be seen but still. We are so fine financially.

It’s so funny how whenever Spurs get linked with a semi decent player - my whole timeline overloads with VILLA fans talking about what Spurs do and don’t deserve and how small we are. I don’t give Villa a second thought when they are linked with a player but Spurs seem to trigger them in a really bizarre way.
