@SkyTheViking Done.If you are a believer in Christ, the answer from the N.T. for these kind of thoughts is to put them off and put on praise and thankfulness in its place. Also Phil 4:8. It's a fight and a process but possible for the Believer who can do all things through Christ. Col 3. Eph 4

Maybe it's a weird request but can y'all pray for me? I've been dealing with some pretty loud intrusive thoughts today that have me hurting my own feelings.
