Just received this abstract "A Unique Approach to Wastewater Digestion". Not the first wastewater digestion abstract this time around. Feels like a panel is coming together. 2023-ibce.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPag…
You can mark 'cavitation strategies for water extraction from wet algae' on your International Biomass Conference & Expo abstract bingo card. Came in last night. Interestingly enough, the next abstract received was an algae abstract from Korea. 2023-ibce.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPag…
@MPGomatic I have no idea Daniel. Does bamboo ash have value right now? I hadn't heard that it did. If you've got insight on this...I'd love to see an abstract.
And then sometimes an entirely new topic shows up in the abstract portal. Just received " Recycling wood ash for 35 years in the northeast". Looking forward to reading it and finding a home for it. In 12 years of building the agenda I can't recall this topic being submitted.
Proud that dust hazards and dust hazard abatement has become a fixture at the IBCE. Minutes ago received this abstract, "Practical Guidance on Housekeeping for Combustible Dust Safety". Easily enough for two strong panels already in hand.
The abstract snowball is really starting to gather momentum now, two and a half days from the deadline. Just received this doozie, "Codigestion of brewers spent grain with dairy manure and food waste". APPLY BY FRIDAY 2023-ibce.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPag…
@kmanning@Teach_Ag@NationalFFA@GrowthEnergy Keep up the good work Manning. Love that the biofuels space is engaged with the next generation of agricultural producers. Love it.
When you're building a technical agenda for the wood energy sector and you receive an abstract with a title like this, "Managing Electrical Ignition Sources in Biomass Wood Pellet Facilities" you know you are on the right path to quality, technical and relevant content.
Boise State, Iowa, March Madness, St, Patrick's day, leading into spring break and the Treefort Music Fest next week--the next ten days are going to be super fun and a welcome distraction from the craziness of the world.
Just received a very nice abstract from my old friend @JordanGodwin that promises a discussion about how the feedstock demand will be sorted out for renewable diesel and SAF feedstocks. Feel like presenting alongside one of the industry's nicest guys? few.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPag…
Reminder to the biodiesel community that today is the final day to submit an abstract for the Biodiesel & Renewable Diesel Summit co-located at the world's largest ethanol conference. We'll stage over 175 biofuels professionals over 3 days. few.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPag…
@NieuwenhuisSeed Great thread Kelly. One slight foray into troll territory, but mostly great content. This is the content that keeps me coming back to tropic of negativity that Twitter has become.
That moment you realize that @jasonisbell also moonlights as a train-hopping YouTuber. Don't even tell me they aren't one and the same. youtube.com/watch?v=Gs9ySN…
@alanheathcock@jessflynn Sounds like a songwriting challenge at a country music weekend seminar. "Write a ballad with the words "whiskey" and "sunset".
PSA from an event professional. Those emails promising attendee lists? They are spam. Every time. Also, they are getting more sophisticated, scraping event logos from websites, etc. Please delete and know that your personal information is not packaged up and sold to resellers.
Always enjoy digging in to @EIAgov's Monthly Densified Biomass Fuel Report. January and February show increased production. Most of the 60,000 tons produced this year went to inventory. I'm hearing some late April/early May temps took a bite out of it. @PelletFuel
