@OfKimbriki I will continue this for a few more days and hopefully reach a more concrete conclusion but in short -fatigue, apathy, bad digestion and other high serotonin symptoms disappeared . If you want to attempt it make sure you get enough potassium

I can confirm that eating 12g of salt per day completely abolishes the serotonin system

@TimTomYT No, celery powder contains a ton of nitrites which are used to cure meat and prevent foodborne infection. Generally it's a good thing, but nitrites are believed to be carcinogenic so a lot of people try to avoid them, hence why they hide em in the flavor label.

Is it me or is it absolutely insane that a food company can sell me a product and not tell me the ingredients? Coke’s whole thing is their secret formula. That’s weird!!

@TimTomYT Usually it is because the FDA has deemed the ingredient to have no nutritional value and derived from an organic source. Definitely a grey area, especially when food companies use it to include things like celery powder.

They do need to tell you. They just don't need to tell you the exact recipe. Now, some companies are a bit tricky with it and find ways to hide the exact names of specific ingredients they're afraid people will not want to see listed, such as MSG being labeled as "yeast extract" or certain preservatives being hidden in the "natural flavors" label and other shenanigans.

I went to see the eclipse, and during totality it felt like the sun and the moon merged to create a brand new third thing. It’s entirely unlike anything else you’ll ever see in the sky, and it’s only there for a couple fleeting minutes. The pictures really don’t do it justice.
