Manager: We need issue a warning letter to Kelvin immediately.
HR Manager: Wow, that’s serious. What happened?
Manager: I noticed he arrives at work exactly at 8:00 a.m. and leaves at 5:00 p.m. on the dot.
HR Manager: Well, those are our working hours.
Manager: Yes, but he needs to arrive about 15 minutes earlier for preparation and leave at least 20 minutes late. It shows he’s committed and hardworking.
HR Manager: Okay. Is his work getting done?
Manager: Oh yeah, but that’s not the point.
HR Manager: Is he meeting deadlines?
Manager: Yes.
HR Manager: Any performance concerns?
Manager: No.
HR Manager: So what exactly is the issue?
Manager: Coming to work exactly at 8:00 a.m. and leaving at 5:00 p.m. on the dot doesn’t show team spirit, especially if the manager hasn’t left the office.
HR Manager: What time do you leave the office?
Manager: I leave 15–30 minutes after 5:00 p.m.
HR Manager: Don’t you think it is irrational to keep an employee beyond 5:00 p.m. when the policy says they should be off work?
Manager: Actually, some of his coworkers, like Luke, stay until 8:00 p.m. at night. Luke is quite hardworking.
HR Manager: I’m aware of Luke’s case. In fact, he requested to stay beyond working hours because his area has a power blackout.
Manager: Still, he needs to be visible. We need to stay as a team.
HR Manager: But his work is getting done?
Manager: Yes, but not staying a few minutes after 5:00 p.m. isn’t team spirit.
HR Manager: And wanting an employee to work beyond working hours is what exactly?
Manager: Hardworking.
HR Manager: Let me get this straight. He completes his work, he meets deadlines, and your problem is that he’s leaving work exactly at 5:00 p.m.?
Manager: Yes.
HR Manager: I don’t think the issue here is time. I think the issue here is that visible suffering impresses you.
(The manager walks out of the HR office disappointed.)

14 year old kid in my neighborhood came by my house.
Very sharp. Polite, “Yes Sir” and “No Sir”. Business card and everything.
Offered to power wash, soap, and clean out my garbage cans.
$25/can.
I said, sure. Why not. They’re gross. I’ve got 2, so gave him $50.
I asked how many houses he did in our neighborhood.
“All of them. About 60.”
And how often do you do them?
“I try to do quarterly.”
$3000 a quarter for a freshman.
Of course…he also does power washing, snow shoveling, window cleaning, all of the above.
Building a mailing list and referrals. Said he’s recruited two friends to help him do the work.
Savvy kid. Going to do well in this world.

Caught on camera: A tourist in Key West reaches into a coffee shop’s tip jar and steals about $20 while paying for her order.
When employees at The Funky Rooster Coffee House confronted her and called the police, officers quickly tracked her down on Duval Street. Bodycam footage shows the woman (a 63-year-old from New Jersey) denying it even after being shown the surveillance video — claiming she might have just “bumped” the jar.
She was arrested for misdemeanor petty theft, released on a $1,000 bond, and later pleaded no contest. Her daughter was also present and got a lecture from officers about the situation.
Stealing from hard-working baristas and service staff? Not a good look — especially on vacation. Tips are how these folks make ends meet.
What kind of person does this?

HR: We lost a high-performing employee today.
CEO: What happened?
HR: The company hired someone fresh out of college into the same role and paid them more than him, even after he gave us 11 years.
CEO: But we pay well for this job.
HR: He earns 55,000 after more than a decade of loyalty. The new hire started at 70,000.
CEO: That’s unfortunate, but that’s the market rate for new talent.
HR: And now we’ve lost the person who actually carried the role for years.
CEO: Fine. Declare the position vacant.
HR: With what budget?
CEO: 80,000 starting salary.
Companies will underpay loyal employees for years, then suddenly find a bigger budget the moment those employees leave.
The problem is rarely money. It is how little they value the people who stayed.

🚨 BREAKING: 🚨 Former Vice President Mike Pence is reportedly orchestrating a "RINO coup" of Never Trump establishment Republicans who are on a mission to do a hostile take back of the Republican Party from President Trump and the MAGA movement. They are said to be funding opposition research on Trump-backed MAGA candidates in the midterms, financially backing their primary opponents and even strategically placing Trump haters in disguise as supporters of the President in key positions within the Trump administration in order to sabotage and undermine the President. Pam Bondi and Susie Wiles are two confirmed RINO infiltrators who were placed in their positions by Pence and his ilk. The RINO coup allegedly includes DOZENS of "Old Guard" Republicans including the Bush family, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Mitt Romney and the family of late Senator John McCain among others. Mike Pence was the ringleader of the treason within the first Trump administration and he is the mastermind of the attempt to destroy the second one... THE FLY WAS RIGHT. ARREST PENCE NOW! 💪🏻🔥🇺🇸

American Art Teacher caught on camera telling her kids that she uses ‘They/Then’ pronouns and it is mandatory to use her preferred pronouns in the classroom
She says the class must use preferred pronouns for any students that say they use them as well
“I am non-binary. My pronouns are they them. For example, they are a great art teacher. They taught us how to draw a stitch. It is super important to get our pronouns right. If you do make a mistake, I will politely correct you — That goes for me too. So if I ever get your name or pronouns wrong, please correct me every single time”

No pintaba bien.
«No le has cobrado, ¿verdad?
