@afowler06 I was a 140lbs fighter and would enter the ring 154lbs on fight night. I was a standard sized 140 pounder. So many of them stateside fighter pile on the pounds after weigh in. It’s normal over there.

Not when they come up from lightweight they don’t mate 😂 I never used to put more than 14lb on and was a massive 154lb, I’m 204lb now and still in shape
