If you want to be more inclusive in your event line ups, look at @techseowomen, @LatinasenSEO and @TurnDigi. It's not hard to include new speakers or those from different nationalities in your lineup. If we can all do this in our free time, you as an events company can too.

Diversification and Inclusion is not a tick off the box. It is what everyone should be doing. Next time you organise your line up think about who you are NOT including. Do you always have the same speakers? Why not let others have a chance and give them the opportunity?

2021 has been a good year for @TurnDigi. We support rising talent, promote entrepreneurs and have a diverse range of speakers. And @SEOJoBlogs runs this in her free time. If we can have events that include first time speakers and those from different nationalities, you can too !
