I’ll have to disagree, there is an acceleration on awareness of criminality and it’s acceptance in black tolerance that has become mainstream an become more of a topic even on a political stage. Because in historical record, actually documented occurrences, the opposite is true. COINTELPRO, which is documented accounts of foreign actors influencing black spaces historically.

"Gangs" control entire favelas alone, whereas American gangs and ppl are usually cooperative with the government.
