Good teams focus on clearing their backlogs, launching initiatives and delivering packets of work. Great teams focus on making improvements, shifting the dial and delivering outcomes.

Its better to be inconstantly good that constantly bad. Don't let constancy with previous bad UX hold you back from evolving. Hear this too often that X has to be constant with what we are doing in Y. Consistency takes you from good to great but wont take you from bad to good.
