You claimed all our "good nurses" had left and then went on disgruntled about Indian nursing staff, claiming their disinfection was clear to see if they were only in it for money or residency. The Maori Party has today sent an open letter to the speaker complaining about me and my party standing up to their bully boy behaviour in the House. They deliberately blatantly lie about what I said and why I said it - which was "would students at te reo Maori lessons learn more if they kept their mouth shut and listen to the teacher" referring to the fact a Labour MP was constantly interjecting a ministers answer about te reo lessons. They complain about my comments that they say are “insulting and divisive” and about “standards in the House”. The hypocrisy is palpable. They sit in the House in their T-shirts and sneakers and call our government racists, white supremacists, colonisers, exterminators of Māori, they comment on us ‘not being Maori enough’, not being the ‘right Maori’, and accuse us of being a ‘waste of Maori blood’. They currently have one of their MPs in front of privileges committee for deliberately misleading the House. They are a bunch of coward bully boys who can give it but can’t take it when someone stands up to them. NZFirst will never stop fighting against the separatist ideology that is bringing our country down and is perpetuated by the likes of the Maori Party. They are a disgrace and a danger to the future of our country. We will not be bullied by these cultural elitist radicals. We stand for one people, one country, one flag, united as one - Maori and non-Maori. It is the only way our country will ever succeed - and we will never give up fighting for that.

You've said yourself the nursing sector is understaffed so even if nurses who refused the vaccine came back, we'd still need immigration.

I wasnt the only one that observed it . Their were many patients who had family caring for them. One famly 2 sisters & a mother whose husband/father was hospitalised in another hospital then shifted to Palmerston North, also shared their similar experience. Good NZ doctors & nurses who refused the vaccinations lost their jobs. People who enjoy nursing should be in the job, if they are in it for money or to get residency then their disastifaction is plain to see

It depends, my dad was in hospital 3 weeks ago & my siblings & I took turns caring for him. What we observed was that the phillipino nursing staff were friendly & grateful when we helped them. The indian staff were unfriendly, unhappy, rough with the patients & during nightshifts were not seen checking on patients. A stark difference to the kiwi & other cultural nursing staff.

True, sadly our good nursing staff are abandoning NZ. My daughter is a midwife and moved to Oz as better $, hours & support. Had Adern done her due dilligence about the vaccines you would not see the large increase in the injured and dying. Nz hospitals have always been understaffed.

Catriona Williams is an inspiration and her work in spinal cord research is something to behold. She was once one of New Zealand’s top equestrian riders but suffered a riding accident in 2002 and became a C6/C7 tetraplegic. I really enjoyed hearing from her and the CatWalk Trust team at the Beehive today about continuing research in spinal cord injuries.
