@RFNorthAmerica Cap it at 20 teams, and keep a Wait List. There are several Retro leaues that would love to have 20 teams. We dont need more teams for the League to be competitive. The 20 teams IN are already competitive.

Regardless of if we get expansion or not, we will have 20 teams for the upcoming season, which are listed below. We will not have any filler teams, in an attempt to make the league more competitive and realistic.
