Tucker running for office ever was always largely just a fun exercise. But you want to make Tucker Carlson a real contender? Arrest him. Go forward with this plan. Watch the SPECTACULAR backfire unfold.

New businesses mean job growth, competitive wages, and a stronger economy. Through conservative leadership, it’s no wonder that 9 of the top 10 states to start a business are led by Republican governors!

Democrats have been in power in Virginia for ~48 hours and they’ve already introduced a bill to ban the hand-counting of election ballots… "Prohibits such ballots from being counted by hand for any reason…"

@LimitingThe Probably why the founders didn't have income tax at the beginning. Income tax should never have been started.

It's become clear to me over the past few years that almost all government eventually becomes grift. It all starts innocently enough, with people wanting to fix problems in society. But, when organizations are stood up that aren't subject to market forces or any type of sunset, they grow without end and are fundamentally inefficient. It's only a matter of time before that attracts rent-seekers. Nearly everyone involved has their hand in the honey jar in some way and so excuses for poor performance are made and fraud is covered up. Demands are made for more funding but all it does is essentially feed what has become a cancer. All this can take many many decades, but without a change the way we run government, it's an inevitability.

My friend paid more than $250,000 in one year… He used to feel OK about it because he thought it was going to people who needed it… Not any more! It’s crazy to see the Billion$ in government fraud continue flow to our states and cities, & some will argue against investigating

@HawleyMO If we have to go to war, will we have to wait on 60 Senators to agree, not just 51? Good Luck, just like the rest of the bills we are waiting on to pass.

With regard to Venezuela, my read of the Constitution is that if the President feels the need to put boots on the ground there in the future, Congress would need to vote on it. That’s why I voted yes on this morning’s Senate resolution.

🇺🇸 TRUMP & THE FARMERS: A PERFECT STORM WITH NO BUYERS AND NO GUARANTEE It is harvest season across America, and the fields are full, corn and soybeans ready to be sold. But there is a problem. China has stopped buying U.S. soybeans. In 2024, the U.S. exported almost 985 million bushels of soybeans to China, worth about 12.8 billion dollars. That was 51% of all U.S. soybean exports that year. In 2025, from January through August, the figure collapsed to 218 million bushels, or only 29% of exports. Between June and August, shipments of soybeans from the U.S. to China were effectively zero. Because of Trump’s tariff policies and retaliatory measures from Beijing, U.S. farmers are left holding the bag. In South Dakota and across the Corn Belt, the crops are ready, but few buyers remain. Senate Majority Leader Thune recently warned that farmers will need a bailout this year because access to international markets has been cut off. Trump has proposed using tariff revenue to support farmers temporarily. But that is only a band aid. The structural problem is that U.S. agriculture is being used as a bargaining chip. China has quietly shifted to Argentina. In just days, it booked at least 10 cargoes of Argentine soybeans, roughly 65,000 tons each. Farmers in the U.S. are angry that Washington has recently backed economic aid packages for Argentina at the same time Argentina is competing head-to-head in soybean markets. For many in rural America, it feels like their own government is helping strengthen a rival. And more importantly, China has turned decisively to Brazil. In 2024, Brazil supplied 71% of China’s soybean imports, while the U.S. share fell to just 21%. This year, China has already secured 7.4 million tons of soybeans for October shipments, mostly from Brazil and other South American suppliers, and another 1 million tons for November. U.S. farmers were already squeezed by high fertilizer, fuel, and seed costs. Now, with revenues evaporating and no new trade deal in sight, many farms risk going under. Trump’s tactic of reciprocal tariffs may be intended to project strength, but the real cost is being paid in rural America. Farmers who once voted loyally feel betrayed. They are asking: When tariffs were promised to defend us, did anyone think about what happens when retaliation cuts our lifelines? Either Washington acts now with real trade deals, not handouts, or dozens of communities will never recover. Source: Financial Times, Axios, Politico, Reuters

🚨ASIA GULPS DOWN THE PLANT MILK MARKET Asia chugged $14.3B worth of soy, oat, and nut juice in 2024 - leaving North America ($4.8B) and Europe ($4.6B) looking lactose-lame. South America barely sipped at $0.8B, while Africa coughed up just $0.2B. Turns out the future isn’t dairy cows, it’s squeezing almonds until they cry. Source: Statista
