99% des débats que je vois s'oriente sur liberté VS sécurité. Il me semble qu'il manque un préliminaire: vérifier que sacrifier cette liberté apporte effectivement de la sécurité, et ce n'est stricto census pas le cas (par simple construction). inutile de débattre du coup ...

L'#Article45 clause 2a de #eIDAS est une blague. Si avoir une vie privé est hors la loi alors seul les hors la lois peuvent avoir une vie privée (et assez aisément dans le cas qui nous occupe, le texte ne s'appliquant qu'à l'Europe). Sont ils incompétent et/ou malveillant ?
