My health would not look the same without leveraging my kids' nap time.
My wife and I treat that 1-2 hour window like it's the most valuable time of our day.
We fit in workouts, walks, and meal prep. We even squeezed in donating blood last week during a nap. You find a way when you decide it matters.
Most parents tell me they don't have time to take care of themselves. I get it. But what I've realized is that it's less about time and more about what you do with the pockets of it you actually have.
The couch is always going to be there to decompress. But if your energy is low, sitting down isn't going to fix it.
Start with committing to 10-15 minutes of something to move the needle while the kids rest.

Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it's possible for you. And then close your eyes and every day for several minutes, visualize having what you want, feeling the feelings of already having it. Come out of that and focus on what you're grateful for already, and really enjoy it. Then go into your day and release it to the Universe and trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.
