@WilhelmssonLab @OUPAcademic Interesting. Have you checked possible incorporation to DNA ? Your compounds are analogous to our 7-(het)aryltubercidines that are in cancer cells phosphorylated to NTPs and incorporated both to RNA (minor) and to DNA (major!). See: doi.org/10.1158/1535-7…
