Exhibitor Applications for YetiCon 2025 are open now! If you’re an artist (selling your own creations) applications at: yeticon.ca/artists ! Vendors (reselling retail products) applications at: yeticon.ca/vendors ! Discounted Rooms at: yeticon.ca/resort !

However, as a reminder, if you’re staying at the resort, several activities like the Gondola, Hiking Trials and Canopy Climb are included with your room! Rooms are available at: yeticon.ca/resort Exhibitor applications for Artists and Vendors will be opening up next! 😀

Your YetiCon pass includes access to all YetiCon events at The Village Conference Centre. For Blue Mountain activities, Blue Mountain will once again be providing discounts on their Explore All Day and Play All Day activity passes.

YetiCon 2025 Passes are Now Available! We’ve changed to a Canadian alternative for passes this year, you can find tickets at: yeticon.ca/get-passes !

YetiCon 2025 Panel Applications are now open! If you’re interested in hosting a panel you can find the form at: yeticon.ca/panels Panel submission deadline is May 1st! Exhibitor Applications and YetiCon passes are up next, they’ll be available within the next few weeks!

All are welcome! Themed cosplay is encouraged, but not required! So be ready to glam it up on Saturday night for YetiCon's very own red carpet event! Or just come, drink, and meet new people, we won't stop you; unless of course you don't bring ID, as once again this event is 19+!

Introducing YetiCon 2025's Saturday evening festivities: Little Yeti's Big Band Bash! Just like last year, once panels end for the night, YetiCon will transform into a 19+ convention. This time though, that transformation will include some brand new fun: A big band themed party!

And if you haven't booked yet, discount bookings online have been fully functional at yeticon.ca/resort !

Any bookings made for these rooms will be cancelled by Blue Mountain, as they are overbooked. If you'd like to check the status of your Three Bedroom you can call and confirm with Blue at 1-833-583-2583 Mon-Fri 9AM to 7PM, or Sat-Sun 9AM to 5PM.

We have a new update regarding bookings! Due to the discount room link not working for the first hour of going live, we know some of you may have booked outside of the room block without the discount.

We also have confirmation that many of you have gotten through, as many rooms have been booked now! Thanks everyone for your patience and support!

Currently certain date combinations are not working with their website. Notably extended stays beyond Friday to Sunday are showing some availability issues. These nights ARE still available, you will be able to add them in the future by phoning in to edit your stay. 😀

Blue Mountain’s servers have been struggling to keep up, the page is working intermittently as traffic fluctuates, but stability should only improve from here.
