@Kukarek8 They look available on my end. Can you send a screenshot? They might be blocked in your region or mesh not being able to load properly.

@Nomphyz @robloxdevrel Some games don't support high quality textures. Also your character might be R6, if you change it to R15 quality will improve. 👍

@Zelinity @robloxdevrel hey is this an issue you can fix, or is it something on roblox's end. cause the quality is dropping on your items ingame and on the website it looks fine

@ImMasahiru No,Roblox moderated textures with solid black. My accessories like void head / black head got moderated. It's probably false moderation because most of my UGCs with black textures didn't get moderated and this happened to other creators. I applied to support it will be fixed soon

Is that why your "Void Head" face accessory that was black turned grey? I need an answer as the only reason I bought it is cuz it was all black. Please answer @Zelinity .
