Running a brand isn’t as straight forward as it seems You have to have a certain level of skill in all areas None more so than the urge to not lose your cool with customers on a daily basis… Customer: “is this a scam?” Us: “of course not” Customer: “I ordered a month ago, where is my order?” Us: “I can confirm delivery was made 3 weeks ago to the following address…” Customer: “you have sent it to my old address! I have moved house!” Us: “oh, our bad, I guess we should have known you were moving house” Customer: “give me my money back or I’m contacting my bank” 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
