Seems like we’ve got several very talented academy players who should have been given a fairer go? Not saying they’re all superstars and yes I know the level isn’t Prem etc - but still, the extra edge a sub appearance from a kid that loves the club could have given us at points?

@NathanAClark I do think the issue is, they see it as a asset if we drop into the championship the the asset because worth half of what it’s worth now. He is literally their only option, they had to pay a huge price for mediocrity.

@FCBlakshya For now, they just need someone who’s save them from relegation. A manager like RDZ is a horrible idea. If this is for the summer? I can sort of see it. But still, he’s someone you go to when you’re ’almost there’ and you’re trying to level up.
That’s not where Spurs are at all.

Why are we pining for De Zerbi? Even putting aside all the ethical stuff, we’re on our hands and knees for someone who doesn’t even want the job? Another hot headed manager who thinks he’s above us is the last thing we need right now.

Our club is a mess from top to bottom and the one thing the hierarchy have - extraordinarily, after serving up two years of utter slop - is that the fans are *united* behind the team. To throw that away by appointing De Zerbi would be so on brand for Vinai Venkatesham and co.

why would I pay upwards of 60ms for this when the likes of Mateus Fernandes & Mamadou Sangare can give you more than enough competence in the same areas for less of the cost.

This was already bad without VAR but with it there is no excuse in the eyes of fans

This is something the general public just don't seem to have grasped with VAR. Perhaps PGMOL should have communicated it more clearly?

It's always possible for two seemingly similar incidents to have opposite outcomes. On-field call carries weight. If a ref does not give the Amad pen that is supportable. Giving the Evanilson spot-kick is supportable too. That's the subjective laws and VAR for you.
