@_Visionworks Beyond frustrated and their lack of customer care. We’ve been loyal customers, purchasing all of our family’s glasses here, but that ends today. My son’s prescription changed just three months after getting his glasses, and despite having a warranty, they refused to help—telling me I’d have to pay nearly $700 for new lenses. I purchased three pairs of kids’ glasses from them, and now they’re useless. The lack of support and willingness to work with long-time customers is beyond disappointing. @_Visionworks Store says they can’t do anything with the warranty because my prescription is expired. The warranty does not say 1 year from the date of my exam. It says 1 year from date of pickup. So something needs to be done to correct this, and wording on your site changed
