It’s reasonable to assume the current government& senior civil servants think we are all fuck wits that don’t have a clue, it’s why they have to look after us.

If the @bankofengland are saying the recent inflation drop is largely due to ‘energy price rises unwinding’ why then have interest rates risen, since as far as I can see they dont influence energy prices. Any views @MartinSLewis
