@martin_0401 Oh thanks for this, really want to try and get down there to not miss this final nail happening so a good heads up. I'm hoping they won't be able to do it overnight with the residential areas nearby and still start tomorrow. What a waste.

Sad to see the Hotspur Press building burn down today. I had a studio here for 15 years, and met so many talented, creative and interesting people. A shame to see such an iconic building vanish from Manchesters dwindling skyline. Here’s a landscape I painted on the back wall

Watching a video of a man who bought a $15,000 house in France (the cheapest house for sale in France) and he recorded 30 days of renovations, which involve demolishing the entire inside down to the studs. Maybe more than the studs, because he had for remove walls, ceilings, floors, and joists. I am not exaggerating when I say I started this with very low expectations and now I think it's the most compelling thing I've watched in months

Q: What’s the justification for book publishers taking 90% of profits and authors 10%? I get the argument that authors supposedly make money from the advance but most of the time that’s not much. So why the 90/10 split? I just want to know the reason

@O2RitzManc Hi I was told to use the Academy app for my gig tickets tonight but after 3 days of trying, the app does not work (shows no tickets despite me logging in as my Ticketmaster account). Can you please confirm I can use the Ticketmaster app ticket to get in??
