This is how I currently plan my day in Apple Notes: I have 5 sections: • Gameplan • Non-negotiables • Work • Journal • EOD Reflection Gameplan is a rough bullet point list of all the things I have going on that day Non-negotiables are my 3 daily staples I am trying to hit every day this year Work is a list of the work actions I am going to accomplish that day Journal is where I do my morning brain dump & work through anything on my mind And EOD reflection is a bullet point recap I knock out to end the day Extremely simple
